Fairfield Homes are proud to offer beautifully built homes and a high level of customer service. But don’t just take our word for it! The positive feedback we have received from our purchasers speaks for itself:

“Our whole experience and relationship with Fairfield Homes has been excellent. From reserving the house, to moving in and beyond; we have had nothing but very good service. As with all new houses small snagging things cropped up, but Fairfield Homes were quick to respond and resolve any issues.

The house has a warm, homely feeling and everyone comments on how lovely it is. Its design takes full advantage of the site’s elevated position, with the living areas of the house overlooking the splendid views. The house has many great elements and the kitchen is definitely the centre of our new home; we love its design and the access to the outside area.” .

“We fell in love with our house when it was only one storey up. Neil and Martin showed us around and explained their plans. From the beginning, we could see that they were passionate about quality and design. They were very helpful during the building process and kept us well informed of progress. The moving in day was a revelation - we had half a day of explanation of all the tech and how everything works. Martin and Neil helped us iron out any teething problems in the first few weeks of moving in.

A year later, we couldn't be happier with our home. We have had no end of compliments - people have commented on the design, the quality and finish of the build and the fittings. We love our house - the design, the quality and the extra features. We hope to stay here for a very long time!”

‘’The Drift is a delightful place to live. Our house is on a ¼ acre plot with wide frontage. The house is generous in size and convenience and affords us quite luxurious living. Underfloor heating downstairs is a major comfort factor. Although one or two minor ‘cold-spots’ are inevitable, it trumps conventional wall radiators every time.

The dining/kitchen area is the most used room in the house. Like most households, family and guests naturally gravitate towards the kitchen and we have a comfortable sitting area adjacent to the kitchen with a tri-folding door leading out to the south facing patio. The patio area and kitchen is one big open space and remains open 12-14 hours nearly every day between May-October. This is the single most enjoyable aspect of living in our house on The Drift - our view is uninterrupted.”
